Abstract
Broad-band J-H, H-K, and V-K colors and intermediate-band CO (2.36 micron)
and H2O (2.0 micron) indices are presented for 41 dwarf stars spread over
a range of effective temperature corresponding to 1.2 < V-K < 7.6. The
data are compared with colors and band strength predicted from models of Mould.
The agreement in the details of the comparison is not entirely satisfactory.

Notes
The data from the paper by Baldwin J.R., Frogel J.A., Persson S.E.
(1973, ApJ 184, 427) have not been included in the compilation because the
CO and H2O indices are not on the same system.
